When dentistry is done in a complete and well-planned way, it is an investment in good health. We will assist you in planning your investment by informing you of all your options and costs, and offering assistance in arranging for payment.

We are happy to file the forms that are necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage, however, we can make no guarantee of estimated coverage by your insurance company. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, we ask that all our patients be directly responsible for all charges.

We will estimate the amount covered by your insurance benefits, before we begin treatment. We ask that you pay your portion at the time of service. We'll file your insurance claims along with the required documents and your insurance company will reimburse us directly for covered benefits.

We are committed to giving you the best dental care, and will not allow insurance companies to tell us how to thoroughly examine, diagnose, or treat you. Therefore, treatment recommendations are made based on what is best for you and not what is best for the insurance company.

We are pleased to offer the flexibility of payment options, keeping in mind that payment is expected at the time of service, just like in any other business, whether or not insurance is involved.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card

We also offer for your convenience, CareCredit, a company that offers interest free financing for up to 90 days, after which typical rates would apply. Our front desk can guide you through the process of obtaining this form of credit, usually within five minutes of submitting the application over the phone.

Time in our appointment schedule is reserved exclusively for you. We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a $40.00 fee for appointments cancelled or broken without 24-hour advance notice.
